This page explains, in plain words, what happens to your information when you visit nexostore.info. The website is a catalog: it shows Telegram accounts, prices and stock. It has no customer accounts, no sign-up, no checkout and takes no payments.

Who we are

NEXO STORE runs this website and the Telegram store bot @VexoStoreBot. Our official Telegram accounts are @VexoStoreBot (store), @fauqes (support), @bikeni (channel) and @nexo_stock (stock channel).

Ordering happens in Telegram

When you click "Buy on Telegram", you leave this website and open Telegram. Orders, payments and messages happen inside Telegram, under Telegram's own privacy policy and the store bot's rules. This website never sees your Telegram account, your messages or your payment details.

What the website records

To understand which pages are useful, the website keeps its own simple visit statistics. They are stored on our own server and are never shared with advertisers or tracking companies. For each visit we may record:

  • which pages were viewed, and the language of the page;
  • clicks on the Telegram buttons, searches made in the site's search box, language changes and opened FAQ answers;
  • the type of device (phone, tablet or computer);
  • the visitor's country, as reported by our network provider (Cloudflare). The country is not worked out from a stored IP address;
  • the website that sent you here (only its name, for example google.com, not the full address) and campaign tags in the link, if any;
  • a random code for the browser tab, kept in the tab's session storage. It disappears when you close the tab and cannot identify you.

What the website does not record

The visit statistics never store your IP address, your full browser identifier, your name, your phone number, your Telegram account or any payment details. To slow down abuse, the IP address may be turned into a scrambled code that is kept only in the server's memory for a short time and is never saved.

There are no third-party trackers, advertising networks, analytics services, social media plugins or outside scripts on this website.

Cookies and browser storage

The website does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. It only uses:

  • a language cookie (NEXO_LOCALE), set only when you choose a language, so the site opens in that language next time. It lasts one year;
  • your light or dark theme choice, saved in your browser only if you switch the theme;
  • the random tab code described above (session storage, deleted when the tab closes);
  • a sign-in cookie for the store owner's private admin area. Visitors never receive it.

Technical logs

Like every website, the web server and our network and security provider, Cloudflare, process technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested, in order to deliver the pages and protect the site from attacks. These technical logs are used only for security and fixing problems, and are kept for a limited time.

Search engines

We use Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools to see how the website appears in search results. They give us totals such as how often a page was shown or clicked for a search. They do not tell us who you are.

How long we keep it, and sharing

Visit statistics are deleted automatically after about 400 days at the latest. We do not sell, rent or trade any information.

Your choices

You can clear cookies and site data in your browser at any time. Because the statistics cannot identify you, we cannot link them to a person. If you have a question or a request about privacy, write to our support on Telegram: @fauqes.

If the website starts collecting something new, this page will be updated first, and the date at the top will change.
