How Prices, Stock and Availability Work on NEXO STORE
Where the numbers on this site come from, how often they update, what the status messages mean, and what to do when something is out of stock.
Where the numbers come from
This site does not set prices or hold stock. It reads the listings shown in our Telegram Store and displays them: country, category, format, price, currency and stock.
How current they are
The listings are synchronized on a regular schedule, and each page shows when the last synchronization succeeded. Stock can change between two synchronizations, so the Telegram Store is always the final reference.
What the status messages mean
“System operational” means the last synchronization was recent. “Synchronization delayed” means the last update is older than usual. “Synchronization issue” means updates have not arrived for a longer time.
In the last two cases the site keeps showing the last known listings and tells you so, instead of pretending they are live.
Out of stock and missing countries
A listing marked “Out of stock” is still offered by the store but has no units at the moment. A country that does not appear at all has no listings right now.
Stock returns when the store restocks; this site cannot say when. For a specific request, message @fauqes.
If the price in the store is different
The price shown in the Telegram Store when you place the order is the one that applies. A difference means the price changed after the last synchronization.
