Telegram Account Listings Explained: Country, Format and Age

What the labels on a listing mean: the country, the tdata and session+json formats, and age ranges such as “1–2 years”.

Country

The country on a listing is the country the store lists the account under. Each country has its own page with the listings, prices and stock that exist for it right now.

Format: tdata

tdata is the folder in which the Telegram Desktop app keeps a signed-in session. A listing labelled tdata is delivered as that folder, for use with Telegram Desktop on a computer.

Format: session+json

A .session file is the session storage used by Telegram client libraries, and the .json file next to it holds the app and device settings that belong to that session. This format is meant for software built on Telegram's API rather than for the regular apps.

If you are not sure which format you need, ask @fauqes before ordering. The format is fixed per listing.

Age ranges

Some categories state how long ago the accounts were registered — for example a few months, or one to two years. The range comes from the category name in the store and is shown here unchanged.

What a label does not tell you

A label describes what is delivered. It is not a promise about how an account will behave afterwards. Every account stays subject to Telegram's Terms of Service, and Telegram can limit or ban accounts that break its rules.

Use accounts lawfully. Do not use them for spam, fraud or any kind of abuse. Delivery and replacement terms are stated in the Telegram Store; if they are not clear, ask @fauqes first.
